It is useful to put all cards in one location

I have said for years it needs to be more of a contact manager not just a scanner. YOu need a calendar and follow-up features.
Pros: Easy To Use

Scanning CardScan

I used this product to scan in business cards that our sales team received from trade shows. It was accurate about 50% of the time but for that it was worth buying. If I had to type in all of those business cards I would have died trying. Overall not a bad product except when scanning in foreign business cards. It was bad at reading text other than English.

I use the product to scan in all business cards collected at networking events. I scan and categories them and followup with an email.

I have increased my productivity! When returning from tradeshows or customer visits with handfuls of business cards it would take me days to get the information entered. Now with Cradscan Software I can get my contacts into a data base and make my followup calls within a day of returning from my trips.
