I can zip in and out of use with CardScan and keep contacts up dated and readily resourceable. Corrections to the scan images are required from time to time however the capture envelope is quite astonishing.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use

Great value for money. I can't believe I lived without it for so long. No longer having to manually input cards has made life so much easier. Not only that, I no longer have to keep the cards. The back up benefit alone is well worth its price. Backups of my contacts now in four places for maximum redundancy:in the cardscan database, on cardscan.net, on my outlook, and also on my blackberry when i synch it with outlook

Combined with MS Office, CardScan gives the best means of managing contacts that I've ever used.

Compared to all the others this one works the best. You still may have to go and fix some, but believe me when I say, it is not like the others. I like it! I recommend it.
