Easy as pie

I scan buiness cards and send email directly. It's easy and I like the fact it syncs w/Outlook. However, I lost allot of contacts in my outlook when I did sync. I don't now if I hit the wrong button or whatever.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Impressive on my desk, Fun to use
Cons: Difficult To Sync

An Excellent Business Tool

CardScan Executive allows all my business cards to be scanned and managed from one software platform and allows me to back up my data online as well. It also allows my contacts to update their details through regular update e-mails by CardScan.
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Cannot sync with Iphones

How Did I Do Without It

I have several hundred cards in my contact list. When I come back from a meeting the first thing I do is scan my cards and transfer them to outlook on my pc.I wish there was a way to categorize them so I would not have to after they are transfered to outlook.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly
Cons: Difficult To Search

No more mess in my desk drawer !

I used to have a desk drawer full of business cards. When I needed to find a contact it took several minutes of searching and sorting through the cards to find the one I needed. Waste of time and source of frustration. My CardScan took care of all that for me. Now my contact information is well organized and at my fingertips in seconds. Using the CardScan is easy too, just scan the card and verify and add any special notations you'd like. Now I add cards to the file as soon as someone hands one to me. They are always curious and I'm happy to show them the product.
