As soon as I return from a business trip I scan all the cards, sync it with my database and then follow-up with action items. I really speeds the process and keeps all the contact information current and accurate.

Very helpful because the image of business cards is stored and dont have to go through a stack of cards.

Card Scan helped organize my contacts

I had a large number of business cards around my office. Occassionally, I knew that I had a card for a specific contact, but was unable to find it. Now I can click on the database, scroll through the names to find the person I am looking for and then pull up the business card. The Card Scan and it's software have helped organize my contacts listing.

Does exactly what it says it will do.....after a little learning on your part of course. I am a very technically savvy person, but the average joe might get frustrated with the software like my father did and give up and leave it to his secretary to figure out. I've other brands software and they seam much more straitforward, however I believe cardscanne has the reputation it does beacuse of the quality of its ocr software. It's truly amazing how accurate it is. Overall, in the long run a huge time saver and a sound investment.

Cardscan is the best method I have found for managing contact information. It reduces the mountain of business cards you find in most offices. I am especially fond of the back up and update service included at no additional charge.
