There is hardly any negative site. It ticks all boxes, you can sync it with loads of application such as Outlook, Lotus Notes, you can choose from various ways of prinitng lists, search function is very easy and you can have access to your data at any time anywhere....save web copy if your PC strikes.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution

Must Have Business Card Scanner

Essential for organizing all my business cards that would otherwise end up lost or floating around my desk/desk drawer. Also does an admirable job of automatically converting them into a convenient, useable database that can by synch'd with email or other personal databases. Reasonably accurate OCR process easily allows corrections to their OCR and retains the original image (obverse and reverse sides) for reference, plus allows notes and categories for further search refinement.

I've found my CardScan quick and easy to use. Set up was very easy and I was scanning cards in a very short amount of time. The scans are usually very accurate, experincing some challenges with cursive fonts and low contrast between font and card color.

Awesome way to organize your Contacts!

Card Scan can be saved, transfered, and organized easily. I like the ease to transfer my contact list from PC to PC if need be. Just save your Contacts file to your new machine, load Card Scan, and import the contacts!
Pros: Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately
Cons: Editing scan is important

Synching it to Outlook became real important once I got a BlackBerry. Piror synching was to the Palm, not quite as easy. But I use it everyd ay - my database and won't be without it.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync

I have been able to maintain my database for over 10 years and I can easily get to all the people I met in the past.
