Great for consolidating various contact lists from Outloook, Spreadsheets, etc. it finds duplicates and guides you on how to merge....then you have ONE place to look for all contact info. Fast search filter is very useful while on the phone!

The product is great for business and personal use. It allows me to manage my contacts updated on a real time basis (excluding someone leaving a business).

It is very easy to keep track of clients and contacts as it syncs with Outlook and in just a moment you can make a businesws card an Outlook contact.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly

Excellent Organization Tool

I use it to store and organize my contacts. Its great to be connected via the web using the machine. It helps updating contact info even though I dont get to meet or talk to the contact. It however gets difficult to reconnect the scanner all the time I change my PC to a new one.
Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly
Cons: Inaccurate

I purchased this product with one thought in mind. I didn't want to spend hours inputing data into my computer. The CARDSCAN has been a gift from heaven. It scans the information easily and allows me to search for clients by name, company, etc. It is a breeze to use, even if you are not mechanically gifted. I recommend the CardScan to anyone who works tradeshows or is involved with meeting new people on a daily basis. Thanks for making my life easier! Donna Wells

Excellent device which syncs to my iphone. Would love the ability to add custom fields that could be synced to outlook or the iphone. e.g. birthdays, qualifications, anniversary etc Would also love the ability to mail merge (similar to the current print function) to a word document.

1) I use this product to scan all of vendors,suppliers,subcontractors,and misc. business contacts, which pertain to the contrstuction industry. 2) Most Cards are so easy to scan and hardly any input is necessary. 3) When you have cards that are not scanned correctly the system is cumbersome in fixing the contact data, also the categories section is great but needs some changes to make it easier to use.

Cons: Inaccurate
