CardScan: Small Footprint Big Impression

It gets the job done, and is always by my side. I have easily over 5,000 contacts and I am not able to carry all that necessary info around. CardScan gives me the information, portability and flexability I need to continually be on top of my game.Chuck Brooks[@]

I have countless business contacts weekly, this product helps in managing the data and producing reliable contact info. It is a key component to my managing my contact list.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Good Resolution

i also use outlook but its address book is very limited. CS offers a greater way to search out either businesses or people. i currently have around 2000 contacts in my CS file. con...outlook will make up distribution list, send the same file to a number of people. CS can extract the email addresses but does not interchange info easly with outlook

After years of collecting cards and numbers, I'm able to scan them into my system and use the information for marketing. I love the ability to transport names and addresses from a website or an e-mail into my data base.

Good but software is flaky and hangs

Overall, this is the best solution that I have found to deal with thousands of business cards. There are significant caveats, however: - the process is slow - there is still a significant amount of checking and manual fixing - the software crashes for no reason for days at a time and magically works again later. It happens on many commputers at the office. At least, please add some useful error reporting information. - support is helpless But as I said... I have not found a better way. Actually, if the software wasn't crashing... it'd be much much better.
