It will export custom reports for importing into other programs.

Excellent product with powerful software

This is an excellent product with great features. Onlye that some times software falters to cope up with requirement. But overall a great product to have for your business.

It is perfect for tradefair to collect all customer data directly into your database. I bought Cardscan first from my own pocket since I was mad from typing namecards into my database, after a very short while we had a management decission to purchase this stuff for all sales dpt. Iam missing an interface to an (at least in Europe) populer software called BAAN.

I've been using Card Scan for about 6 years. The earlier versions were great and the scanners worked well. I've gone through three of the 800 Executive scanners and I'm back using the 700. Cardscan service has been a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am in sales and have 100s of cards. Instead of carring them I sync them to my Iphone and always have the information to at my fingertips.

As a sales executive my rolodex of names is my value to an organization. This tool has made it so easy for me to not only fulfill my obligations of entering information into the company SFA tool, but also automatically updating my personal rolodex allowing me to easily maintain connestions with my contacts. This is one of the most important tools that I have purchased

This is the best product I have ever purchased for my bsuiness. I love how portable and easy it is to use with my laptop. When I go out to meet with clients and pickup there business cards it makes it easy to get there information to my computer and [@], its nice to know I have the power to succeed with my card scan.Steve
