The synching/integration with Outlook's contacts could be simpler...
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Sync

Adding a picture or picture cut-out from file or internet (linked-in!) will be very helpfull
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use

SUPERB scanner/OCR; BAD file management

Everyone not living under a rock is accustomed to hierarchical data structures - folders, subfolders, etc. Cardscan does not do this. Each pack-o-cards is stored in a separate file. You cannot make them hierarchical. It is a throwback to DOS 1.0. It is monumentally hard to search, since all files are displayed at the same time, meaning the number of files known to the program at any one time is limited by screen real estate. I know these surveys are focused on the bottom line, so the questions are pretty kindergartenish, but YES I would recommend it, but NOT without the reservation above. :-)
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Search, Card sorting is terrible

Time is money

Having my contact database up to date, accessible from my notebook computer, my mobile phone or anywhere via the web is indespensible. Being able to sort it by typical and custom categories enables me to quickly contact the right people to turn problems into solutions faster than my competition.

I use it to store my conatacts. This product allow a copy on the net, which means no worries if computer hard disk crash.

Love the search and the printing capability, I do my Christmas cards every year with it. Just recommended the multi user version at work [we bought it] The thing I hate most, and I hate it with a real vengeance, is that if I ever have to reload the program [because of a PC crash or whatever] I don't re-register it and that horrible pop up comes up every time and I don't have time to do anything about it.
