I don't rate it as excellent because I have problems synchronizing between Card Scan and Outlook and ACT; I use both programs. Currently I have a card that I have in Card Scan and ACT that is about to be deleted because it is not in my Outlook. This may be a training problem but it is not easily solveable by me. Card Scan records notes from my ACT program and then synchronizes those notes to Outlook. When I delete the notes from Outlook it ends up deleting the contact in Card Scan and then eventually from all applications.
Pros: Reliable Performance, Works Efficiently, Small Footprint, Easy To Use, Quality Construction
Cons: None

I pick up around 10-15 business cards a day. CardScan allows me to ccomplish in 10 minutes what would normally take me 45.
