Great timesaver

I use my CardScan 800c to scan all of my business cards, whether they are from business or personal contacts. I would previously spend hours transcribing addresses and phone numbers into my contact database and now it's simply a matter of scanning the card and quickly reviewing to ensure all is correct (which it is most of the time). My only wish is that it would be a tad slimmer in profile so that I could more easily slip it in my briefcase and travel with it. Nice job!

Cons: Difficult To Transport

Facilitate your Business Cards Cluter!

I use this product to reduce the amount of cards pile on my desk and facilitate quick contact information with just one click. It helps to categorize contacts by services as well as aphabetically.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Organize office space, Good Resolution
Cons: Not WiFi Supported

Used the scanner and s/w for all business and perosnal contacts, until I upgraded my machine. The s/w & Scanner will not work with Vista unless I spend over $100 on new s/w. I miss it !

We hold a lot of events for our company and we collect a ton of business cards. We needed some type of technology that would allow us to import the information into a database quickly. Cardscan was the perfect choice and we absolutely love it...I especially, since I'm the person that supports the staff administratively.

Needs Improvement

I would like to sync Card Scan with my Blackberry or Lotus notes so I have access to all of my contacts with me all the time. Card scan does not scan more creativly designed cards making it better to enter the information manualy instead of scanning.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Search, Inaccurate

One of the greatest features is the use of mulitple tags which makes it perfect for recalling important contacts and information.

I love the way this saves times for me on mail-outs and letters. I do not understand why sometimes the program will move names to different places where they don't belong. Just have to proof-read all inputs but besides that it is a great product.
