BEST PRODUCT FOR STORING CONTACT INFO

IF SAVING TIME AND BEING ORGANIZED IS A PRIORITY, THAN YOU WILL LOVE CARDSCAN! BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRODUCT TO SCAN, ORGANIZE, AND SYNC YOUR BUSINESS CARDS TO YOUR PC/MAC. I USE A PC AND OUTLOOK. ONCE A WEEK, I SCAN MY CARDS COLLECTED AND IN LESS THAN 15 SECONDS PER CARD, I HAVE THE INFO STORED AND SYNCED TO OUTLOOK AND MY PDA.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Good Resolution
Cons: Difficult To Transport

I use the product in both personal and business life and don't know what I'd do without out it now! Its so easy after you've met people be it one on one or at an event, to simply scan the card(s) in seconds, no data inputting which I find very tedious and boring, enables you to categorise people accordingly, make a quick note where you met them and what you talked about so you don't forget them 2 months later, and enables you to really easily look people up. Critical for busy folks like me. Also enables you on travels to find any internet cafe and look up any of your contacts as its all online! Simply brilliant!

When someone comes in my office I ask for their business card and then show off my Cardscan and how well it works (I then give them back their business card----which I know is expensive----and ask them for a credit!). I also use it with my office associates to look up contacts in various categories.
