1) Find Cards and Contacts from anytime. 2) Saves lots of time synchronizing all contacts with phone/diary 3) Access all data online, when you are without your computer 4) Always safe, and always backed up

Aside from my Laptop, this is one of the most useful tools on my desk! I have been able to eliminate the clutter of endless business cards from my desk, keeping them organized and up to date in both CardScan and Outlook for immediate access and quick follow up. In addition, CardScan.Net has proven to be a great offsite backup for my contacts.
Pros: Quality Construction, Small Footprint, Invaluable, Works Efficiently, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance

Bought this simply to scan cards in. As a bonus I discovered the ability to select text on a web page and it will import that data to the proper fields for you! I paid up to $70 in the past for a separate program to do that for me (eGrabber). Great stuff!
Pros: Easy To Use, Works Efficiently, Reliable Performance
Cons: Cant think of any

Must have tool for the sales hunters

This product is a must have tool for the "true" business development specialist. The scanning, software and online tools are the package. I hope in software updates there becomes an easier way to import vcards from web exchange emails.

I had one of the very first CardScan units many years ago. Honestly, this is nothing like the current device. However, the mediocre experience from the first one kept me from buying this one. Don't let that stop you! Wish that CardScan had a version for receipts or could update the software to scan small receipts into this tool.
Pros: Web Access is super, Quality Construction, Works Efficiently, Small Footprint, Easy To Use, Easy to print one card, Reliable Performance
Cons: Can't save receipts

I use the product to help organize my contacts. The product is easy and effective. Transferring the data to other programs is a major draw back.
