Save Time and Money!

I purchased the product to save time downloading business cards and putting together excel spreadsheets for mailings. Most of the information is correct when downloaded. However when I need assistance, your customer service team always sounds like I am bothering them. They need to be more understanding that not everyone is a computer wizard and some of us need to ask questions in order to learn the product. I wish you gave on line classes for beginners.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport
Cons: Inaccurate, Difficult To Sync

there is absolutely no reason that I should get an update for a card that says USA instead of United States of America. The same is true for phone number formats (xxx) instead of xxx-
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution
Cons: Inaccurate

Time is the one thing none of us have. I need a quick and easy to use contact tool and the fact that CardScan backs up my files and polls my customers for updates is outstanding.

Reliable, Fast and Exportable

Cardscan is my lifeline to my network. It holds current contact information, biographical data, and action categories. Sorting on a first name or company, I can find old contacts and make new connections. Returning from a meeting, I can quickly scan cards to update my address book. My challenge is to sinc cardscan with my handheld so people, addresses, and phone numbers can be retrieved. The process has improved markedly over the years, but this is still a challenge for me.

CardScan Exec is essential in keeping track of contacts and synch'ing between business card data base and e-mail address book. Speed and efficiency enhances staff time as well.
