Cardscan Executive makes it easy to take all those pesky business cards you have stashed in your desk - and quickly turn them into a powerful electronic rolodex . Just scan them into the program software using the included business card scanner. The process is simple and fast. Verify that the info on the business card goes into the correct places, i.e. First Name, Last Name, etc. Then use Cardscan software to help you 'Plan' by categorizing all your business card contacts into groups. The 'Can' part is the best feature of Cardscan Executive. It empowers you to keep track of your contacts and make sales, by giving you a wide range of export options such as export to ACT, Outlook, Excel spreadsheets and more. Or, use the Cardscan software as a streamlined contact manager. Quickly find a contact using snippets of information to look for them. Cardscan Executive brings up the complete information off the business card in 2 formats. One is the card itself. The other is a more conventional listing of name, phone number, address, etc. Want to send an email? Click on an email link and Cardscan Executive launches your default email application. Go to your contact's website the same way - simply click the link and Cardscan Executive opens your favorite web browser and whisks you away to that website. Need to find something in all those cards fast? The incredible search function in Cardscan Executive finds snippets of information faster than you can say 'business card'. Let's say you have 5,000 business cards in your Cardscan Executive file. You need to find someone named 'Bob' from 'Helena', 'MT'. Just type 'Bob', 'Helena', and 'MT' into the search box and voila! Up pops your contact. Or, just type in 'Helena' and scroll through the selections until you find your contact. One more useful function: Carscan Executive has a 'remove duplicates' function that is so powerful, I use it to remove duplicates before exporting to other contact management software. In conclusion, Cardscan Executive should be the portal for all your data. It quickly gets your business cards into a an electronic format that can be used as a stand-alone contact manager or exported to your favorite contact management application. Good product one little glitch

I really do like this product, we receive a lot of business cards though our multiple networking groups and events that we go to. It had made my job easier, but the one minor issue that I have is it does have a little trouble getting the information correct. Doesn't always scan correctly. Now I know that it has to do with people trying to catch client's eyes with flashy colors and fun fonts but the card scan has a little trouble picking them up. Over all thought I do like this product and feel that it was worth the money in the amount of time that it saves me.
