This is a great timesaving product, I use it to scan business cards into our contact database. It provides clear images of the cards and transfers the data usually accurately, unless the card itself is rumpled or damaged. The in-accurate ones are easy to correct. You have a good product.

I have found CardScan to be extremely easy to use and even easier to retrieve information. By using CardScan I have been able to eliminate the bulky business card files that cluttered my desk, and I have found that names are as close as a click of the mouse.

Since getting a new laptop, I have not been able to get Cardscan to sync with Outlook. Running XP, latest version of Cardscan, have followed tech supports recommendations, but no success. I am quite bummed as it was an important part of my contact management.
Pros: Scans Accurately

The single greatest tool is the ability to scan cards from a seminar or conference, sync it to my CRM and then my Phone/PDA. This process is a whole lot quicker than typing them in.
