I use the Card Scan for contacts in my Outlook 2007. The only problems I am having is the scan is not reading the proper information and a bright spot. Otherwise, great piece of equipment.

Fresh contacts are not @ the Farmers Mkt

I have well over 4,000 contacts and this was the only way to start to keep them Fresh & Clean. The color images help to bring the card to mind. The ability is here to keep them clean, the tools help, but the time commitment has not been fully reduced or removed. Rockledge
Pros: Scans Accurately, Works with VISTA, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport
Cons: Time to cleanup OLD ones, Difficult To Sync

I have a CardScan Executive 600c which I purchased used. The device is exceptionally useful and in fact I wonder why this is not integrated into every business laptop. So much more utility than a fingerprint scanner! It is fantastic to have every relevant business contact with me on the road. No need to carry around business cards any more. Improves convenience and productivity.

Helpless without it

I am a sales manager and the only drawback is that if I have a contact's contact info manually populated minus an actual card, I am unable to import a company's logo. When you are working with over 4,000 contacts everything possible to remember a contact is helpful.

This is a great timesaving product, I use it to scan business cards into our contact database. It provides clear images of the cards and transfers the data usually accurately, unless the card itself is rumpled or damaged. The in-accurate ones are easy to correct. You have a good product.
