Small footprint, big impact.

More a wish than a whinge. Whilst understanding the need to protect yourselves from unlicensed users, I think registered licencees should be allowed to run a copy on their PC and their Netbook/Laptop simultaneously. Often my Home office PC is left on with Cardscan running whilst I am out of the office needing to run cardscan on my Netbook. In order to do this, I need to jump on my VPN and first turn off Cardscan at the HO.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly
Cons: Sync with notes difficult

No More Lost Cards!

I network intensively and previously collected many hundreds of business cards. I now scan these and only keep a select few business cards on hand.
Pros: Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport
Cons: Doesn't autostart, Doesn't read script

It is a good product to store limited amount of business cards, but not so good if you have large amount of business cards and need to store them in detailed catagories. Card files cannot be viewed in different settings.
