Small foot print, big value!

I'm a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer and have close to 400 business cards to date and putting them in my named catagories has made it easy to sort by real Estate office, referrer and type of work they may do. Networking has become easyer and very organized. have not had my Executive long enought to completely get use to it but everything has been pretty easy so far. things I have not figured out is the first column flags etc. not sure what they are? Also would like information on tricks and tips for outlook contact manager. In all fairness any complaint is overshadowed by not ever wanting to be without it.

The piles of business cards are gone!

My CardScan has eliminated those piles of business cards cluttering my desk. I meet many new people each week in my line of work and having a device that instantly scans and organizes all the contact information is a tremendous asset. CardScan saves me at least 2-hours a week by not having to manually type in contacts. For the modest cost, you can't go wrong.

Outlook interface is weak

The sync with outlook is difficult at best. I find myself searching both contacts.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Difficult To Transport

Great tool but limited with Groupwise

I find the card scan a great tool when i was able to sync it with my personal PDA, but my company does not allow us to sync directly with our company Smartphone, and cardscan does not sync with Groupwise. Other than that I would give it very high marks.

Card scan is very easy to use, very accurate scanning (the best possible), fast and any body with basic knowledge of computer can use it

Synchronicity at aits best

I use this product to manage my business and personal contacts. It allows me to maintain and sync all my communication platforms. It simplifies updating foreign contact information such as phone and fax numbers (i.e. adding country codes or prefixes). Thanks CARDSCAN
