Like having your own personal assistant

Card scan has come a very long way. I used this back in the late 90's and it was not as great as it seemed. I worked for someone who travelled to India a great deal and came back with hundreds of cards. Now that I have my own biz, I felt that it was worth to try card scan again. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. This product is great for both domestic and foreign names and cards. I cannot recommend it more highly.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport

Speeds entry of contacts into my Databases (outlook and Act. Priovides a great visual reference for the cards. Cleans up my desk. Some italicized and graphics don't scan well. A great product!

I'm a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer and have close to 400 business cards to date and putting them in my named catagories has made it easy to sort by real Estate office, referrer and type of work they may do. Networking has become easyer and very organized. have not had my Executive long enought to completely get use to it but everything has been pretty easy so far. things I have not figured out is the first column flags etc. not sure what they are? Also would like information on tricks and tips for outlook contact manager. In all fairness any complaint is overshadowed by not ever wanting to be without it.
