good scanner, sync is not so good

The GUI to set up sync to Outlook is confusing. You have functions Sync, Exchange, Transfer some of which repeat in different places and its difficult to differentiate between syncing CardScan application, AtYourService and Outlook. I had it set to one way sync yet got message regarding additions to obth sides..!!! Sometimes I have to sync more than once to get data from CardScan in to Outlook. On other occasions it duplicates everything. Not reliable!!!
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Inaccurate

Switched from CardScan Personal to the Executive because I could not get the Personal unit to work consistently. Microsoft Vista handled the Executive software without difficulty. The resolution,scan time and information was much better than the Personal as well. Still have to correct many cards after scanning, especially international business cards. Once they are finished scanning and in the database, searching and finding what I am looking for is quick and easy. Glad to have the unit.

Equipments value depends on the user. You ahve to take regularly time to do all scannings and not wait until you have mountains of cards to do. You have to check data for double entry
