Great to consolidate new and all the old cards one accumulates I have not yet used the categorisation to its capabilities Some misreads are easy to rectify , just need to do it prior to throwing out the card

I like that I can keep CardScan open during my workday, providing easy and ready access to contact information ... something I cannot do with Outlook. It's tedious to have to be clicking throughout the day from one folder to the next, and back again. Being able to scan business cards is another plus. I don't use the CardScan.net - but only because my job takes place in one location, so I don't have the need for it. Whenever someone asks me what I use to maintain contacts and which one is my preference, my answer is simple: CardScan.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Good Resolution

Great Product - Can have some sync issues depending on how your Contacts are set up to begin with, but it works well!
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly
Cons: Difficult To Sync

Best Tool for Networking and Sales

If you are doing any networking or sales, you need Cardscan to get those business cards off your desk and into your organizer. It saves me lots of time and gets those cards into Outlook and my phone.
