Have cardScan on my desk and use it to record my daily activity with contacts for the day. Use to enter each contact manually in ACT, now in a few minutes everything is entererd in a datbase including my notes. This CardScan tool is the best since sliced bread. Well worth the investment.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly

After business trips and conventions I usually a sizable stack of cards I need to organize and annotate. My Cardscan streamlines this process to a painless intuitive procedure. My contacts are always impressed with how quickly they receive confirmation request.

Increase sales -- Decrease Clutter

Cold-calling from my car all day, I have collected over 1,000 business cards that became impossible to keep track of. Now, with a Netbook computer and my business card scanner, I have everything organized at my finger-tips. Instead of avoiding a call because I don't remember the contact information, I'm able to access the needed information along with my notes from the prior visits. This product has cleaned-up my car, as I no longer have business cards strewn all-over. Along the lines of cleaning-up my vehicle's environment, I would suggest a bluetooth version, or at least a shorter connection cord to connect to the computer. This product has made me much more productive, and I have recommended it to the rest of my company's sales staff.
