Time tells all

I bought the CardScan Executive version with 8.0 software. I have been using this now for about 10 months and with 2 different employer's. My business is project management with heavy sales support. I use the product every day for e-mail's, phone numbers and general job notes and information keeping. At this point I think I can safely say this has been one of the best tools for business that I have used, ever. I have used Act! SAP, Outlook, and several other database programs and nothing keeps it as simple as Cardscan Couple that with its automatic online backup of your contact info (I had to use that feature once already when my PC had to be reformatted after a nasty virus- a time and life saver for sure when you need it)and it's a no-brainer! Scanning is very accurate and very rarely do I have to modify where Cardscan puts the info from a business card. This product is like a microwave, once you use it you wonder how you got along without it- 5 star rating. Highly recomended. A+

A product to consider?

I have used this product for several years. Recently they have began screwing around with the Licensing. This has caused a great deal of time and trouble as we own several scanners. We almost dumped them all due to the trouble caused by there attempt to check each machine license. We hav over 10 locations, and we would have dropped them all. Greed, this sort of action usally cost business money, rather than increasing income. Bad move!!!

Cons: Software not useful

Great product, but enough with the pushing of the AtYourService BS. I purchased your hardware, isn't that sufficient? Everytime I close the app, being asked to buy something I DON'T WANT is getting old. So much so, that I am looking for new scanning software to implement on my cardscan device.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: Repeated nag screens

Fast and easy contact management!

The CardScan product really makes entering and storing contact info and card images fast and easy. I sync with my contact management software and, in turn, with my e-flyer and e-newsletter contact base. The category flexibility lets me sort by various types of contacts, association with members of our sales force, holiday card lists, etc. For the most part, the card reader is reasonably accurate but occasionally you have to be alert to mis-reads. Still saves a tremendous amount of entering time. Especially for the money, this has been one of my best and most useful purchases.
