You can Live... but not without CARDSCAN

I have used CardScan since the start... it is hard to belive... but it gets better with each release. If you are in sales, then you need this. If you manage sales or client staff... you really need this. If you want to save tons of time... you need this.
Pros: Quality Construction, Easy To Use, Works Efficiently, Small Footprint, Reliable Performance

I have used the Executive model for over a year and have been very impressed with its ease of use and the amount of time it has saved me. I wish that there were Font options available in the Note section and a way to print fax cover letters as I use this often for numerous applications.

Overall very pleased with the device. SW upgrade stops at 7.05 - sould allow upgrade to the latest version 8.

What a great little device this is. It is SOOOO simple to use, doesn't take up much rrom on your desk, travels easily, and I stil cannot get over how smart it is! It reads virtually every card I scan with 95-100% accuracy! Much improved over the years!

Run a batch of cards through itand export them to ACT and Outlook for future use. Great to refer back to the cards for the graphics and notes.

Cardscan delivers MORE than expected

I was very skeptical about this product's capabilities before I bought it. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. Everything works exactly the way they say it does. Even more than that, the ability to store contact information online as a backup WITHOUT a monthly fee is incredible. I had a stack of hundreds of cards before. Now I can efficiently manage all of my contacts. Everything automatically synchs between my laptop and mobile phone. Did I mention that their customer service absolutely ROCKS! I have been in the IT business for a long time, and I have never gotten such great service. Most of the time you have to pay extra for the type of service that you get just by purchasing one of these devices. Friendly, knowledgable, and native ENGLISH speaking technical people. How can you beat that?
