Great Timesaver!

My boss has been carting around a stack of business cards for over 2 years, never finding the time to put them in his phone/computer. In a day and a half, I've not only input them, but verified them as well. The card scan does have some difficulty with dark colored cards with white writing.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution

Easy to setup and use. Scanned hundreds of cards quickly. OCR works great. Easy to edit. Met all expectations. Don't need to dig through my stacks of business cards any more.

Great for consolidating all your contact lists and sources into one place (including an e-copy of those stacks of busines cards. Fast search capabilities to find the right info while on the call, interfaces with Outlook, Blackberry, etc., On-line backup and syncing with Team version.

Too little value, too many limitations

Use of this product locked down my flexibility in MS Outlook. Too difficult to sync with programs Loss of information/pictures when transferring data to other programs Way too many proprietary issues significantly reduces value of unit's use.

When you are syncing there is no other option than one file in Microsoft Outlook.
