If You're in Business You Need CardScan!

My cardscan has become my tag-a-long buddy. I network everywhere I go. I'm a people person. If I meet you at the airport, in line at the coffee shop or grocery store, on the elevator or whereever I go I'm interested in you. Who you are; what you do and how you fit into my vast army of aquaintances. The most amount of information you feel comfortable in sharing with me is what I want to hear in the alloted time we have where we met. Then comes my CardScan. If you have been so kind as to share your business card with me then once I step away from you I have written down the date I met you and the circumstances around our meeting; as well as some of the things we talked about. If you haven't given me a card then I have pulled out a blank one from my billfold and written down as much as I can remember about you. At the end of the day I pull out all my cards for that day, which can be from 4 to 20 and run them through my handy little Cardscan. In very little time I have been able to scan all my cards and categorize everyone. Some you will find in "Personal": with sub-categories like: dentist, chiropractor, grocery store, and some under "Business": which have sub-categories like suppliers/materials, service suppliers; which also have sub-categories like: plumber, electrician, etc. Sure enough, in a day or two or a week someone will have a need and "Boom" because of "CardScan" I can easily give them a name, number and even tell the person a little about who I'm referring - all because of my "CardScan!" You've got to keep in mind...this works two ways. Who do you know that can afford to pass up free business in today's economy? You need to invest in your "CardScan" today. Timesaver to scan - software maybe not .

A great idea, but synchronisation issues cause this to lose overall value. The website is also difficult to manipulate files upon and duplicate files occur often which are a pain.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync

It was OK until it stopped working 2 weeks in. Impossible to get customer service on the phone...

Cardscan Executive Changes my life!

I use the product to gather all of the cards i collect during a week. I attend many many networking events and may collect more then 40 cards week. I also intereact with professionals and clients, most of whom have business cards. I love how quick it makes putting people into my contacts and the additional backup and verification tools eleminating incorrect data. I love my Cardscan and would recommend it to anyone.
