The SLICKEST LITTLE HELPER I'VE HAD IN YEARS! I MANAGE ALL MY CONTACTS IN CARDSCAN AND THEN TRANSFER OR UPLOAD THEM TO WHERE EVER THEY NEED TO GO........PHONE,HANDHELD. IT IS SO SWIFT AND ACCURATE THAT I SPEND VERY LITTLE TIME FUSSING WITH DATA, TRULY A TIME SAVER!! FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN THEIR TIME BACK REGAIN SOME TIME BACK HERE WITH CARDSCAN !

I'm a somewhat proficient typist - I can't beat the time saved by using the product. I am pleasantly amazed every time I use it.

Wonderful Tool

I tried a less expensive version from another manufacturer and the OCR just wasn't as good, I spent too much time correcting names and addresses. The CardScan product is worth the money. I do wish that additional users were less expensive, I would love to share this with my husband.

Great sales tool

After CardScan replaced the first unit for having a faulty ROM, I've thoroughly enjoyed my CardScan - it makes the 'after meeting' and networking event follow-up much more productive by quickly doing the dirty work of the lead follow-up - entering the contact information. From there your standard sales letters and other follow-up elements can easily be created.
Pros: Works Efficiently, Easy To Use, Reliable Performance, Small Footprint
Cons: First one had faulty ROM

Great if You Don't Like to Type

I use the card scan to keep track of my club members and I don't have to type their name but once in cardscan and it goes to Outlook and then I sync my phone and everything is updated in a flash. No more typing in three different places. I have card scan on my laptop (primary) but I also have it on my home computer but I only need to put a name in one place and everything is coordinated automatically. You can convert excel into cardscan easily which is great. I highly recommended it to everyone I know.

All Your Contacts in One Place Synching

The one thing I'd change to make better is searches of subgroups from lists I've created. For example, I should be able to put in a request for all "business" and "Arizona" contacts and get a sublist of all Arizona Business, rather than every single person from both lists. This would make these radically better as I maintain by necessity many smaller lists already,
