Hardware is only outdone by the software

Every button, toggle, option, setting, selector, etc. is a winner in this software. It just does a lot!
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution

Boss can call from the road for numbers

My boss travels a lot and calls me from his car phone for numbers. I can get those numbers in a matter of seconds because of card scan. I support 42 people with this little device.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Quit reference

Efficient input tool at your fingertips

I update in less than 10 minutes my data base information after travelling one or two weeks in my territory and provide the office with digitized data for mailings etc.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport

My life with Cardscan

We'll it has been very handy for getting a data base together quickly for my fellow trade show participants. But what it lacks is a properly written instruction manual that you can read on a plane or at an airport or by the pool even!! Where you tech boffens are really missing out is that you only communicate to each other in your own langage. Even your advertising is directed to your own people. You leave out the business operators like me that are not Gen Y. But we can afford to buy your products and can make decisions about buying your products. I have personally been responsible for the sale of at least 7 or more of your machines to people who have seen me use it but unfortunately because you do not explain how to use your product a lot of these people have it on the shelf and that is not good for sales!!
Pros: Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Compact for travel
Cons: Difficult To Sync, Difficult To Search, Too complex

So long to pasting / taping / punching roladex cards and having them all fall out onto the floor...

So little but so much power!

The space and time the CardScan saves me is unbelievable. I have contacts readily accessible, minimal papers and less clutter in desk drawers. I can pull the information up immediately while accessing the Internet or making a phone call.
Pros: Good Resolution, Quick recovery, Scans Quickly, Minimal space, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, Eco Friendly
