I like it... but it frustrates me.

I'm an administrative assistant who supports 9 people. Although the product is easy to use and potentially great, the fact that I can't transfer the data I scan to my contact list is a hassle. My company uses lotus notes and although the box says it's compatible with Lotus Notes, it is not compatible with our Lotus Notes system (If I knew this beforhand it would have influenced my purchase). I don't use the product as much as I'd like and in order for my team to access the contact information I've stored for them, I've learned I have to purchase CardScan Team. I would still recommend the product, I'm sure it works great on Outlook, however, for me, it's not as great as I'd like it to be.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: Difficult To Transport, Not compatible with Lotus

I need to sync with Salesforce and it takes too much time to re-do the template from Excel every time.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately

50,000+ card scans and not looking back

5 yeas ago my laptop crashed. Before the crash I had entered thousands of contacts into a database program called Sharkware. After the crash I had hundreds of business cards that I was not sure were saved in the last back up. A friend kindly recomended CardScan. CardScan was easy from the beginning. 5 years later, with more then 50,000+ contacts scanned, I recomend this product. Do yourself a favor go out and get yourself CardScan. Important note, the technical support staff lives in the USA, speak english, are real people who can and will help you in a pinch. Lastly take a pen and mark the corner of the card after scanning.
