Next best thing to the internet

No more card folders to have to carry, lose or damaged. Access from several computers and any internet connection. Looking up contact is so fast, no fliping thru 500+ cards or card folders. No chance of leaving your cards or folders with all you contact in the wrong place, when you need them.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Transport, No more card folders, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use

Great tool to save time and contacts

I use this scanner everyday and when my co-workers ask if they can use it, sorry no can do. It is such good tools that you don’t want anyone else using it just in case they might break it. I hate typing information into my outlook so I just scan the card and sync it with outlook and it is done. I wish you had one that worked this well with documents. Flat top scanners are horrible. Great product but you may have to buy two for the people who want to borrow yours. I’m serious, every time an employee spots my scanner they ask to use it and it is gone for hours. Then it is a once a week routine. Get your own. Great tool and I recommend it to everyone in all positions.

Relations lost by losing a businescard?

Bringing your card in the office is one thing. But thinking back of the conversation you had and putting your new relation in your database and having them ready to mail or to phone is an advantage.

Using CardScan allowed allowed me to get the stacks of business cards in my desk quickly entered into an electronic form that I can use with ease. I would never have taken the time to type in all that information.

Instead of carrying all my contacts in handwritten files all I now need is a business card. With one card from an account I can add every contact I need there wether they have a business card or not once I have the first card. I have even created contacts from website information. Palm and Cardscna make the perfect business contact information duo.
