We use it to manager our contact. It is simple and ease of use. Sometimes the files get disconnected and we have to look for it based on its extension letters to be found it using the microsoft search engine.

The only complaint I have is with the sync process between my Lotus Notes Database and then onto my Blackberry.

I am most impressed with the synchronization capabilities of the unit. I use Lotus Notes for work and can now sync all of my contacts in to a CDB file from Lotus Notes so that I can maintain a working copy of all of my contacts for work and home.
