I use CardScan to keep my Act! database up to date. I have not found a better way to enter or update my database of some 2,500 contacts.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: Have to carefully check, Inaccurate

I use this produc t to manage all of my differant types of contacts. This database is used for selective electronic marketing campaigns etc.

Positives Saving my cards to the net. Sharing contacts with colleagues. Negative Moving the program to a new computer when i upgrade seems to be a problem.
