Scanning in business cards. Checking duplicates and syncing with Outlook.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Search, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly
Cons: no problems

I use this product to track and categorize all may contacts. I like the on-line access and the seamless intergration with the DYMO Label printer.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Easy To Search

IT CAN BE FRIENDLIER THE ONLINE DATABASE, BUT ONCE YOU GET USE TO IT BECOMES THE GREAT TOOL IT IS

Powerful, portable, small, & accurate

We run a home based 'Customer Contact' business and collect 1000's of business cards during every month, from expo's and events etc., to promote our own product. I then immediately, no matter where we are in the world, capture them onto my notebook via my CardScan. Once checked I export everthing to excel - and then import both the card 'images' and 'details' seperatly into my 'SendOutCards' contact databases. Pros - What a time-saver for collecting Names & Details - as everthing is quick, easy, and portable. Cons - CardScan, as of now, only allows for the exporting of 'Card Images' - one at a time? CardScan - please make my life complete - and add an 'image export' batch mode.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Color quality of cards, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Only exports cards 1 X 1

This product is awesome! It enables me to scan and input business cards in just a matter of minutes to his Outlook Contacts file. I have had a problem with multiple users and the files co-mingling. Not good.

Get the Image, transfer Data to Outlook and Act which do not talk to each other and have an online back up if you loose your computer.
