The search engine is too basic, you can not search for combination of two words or with spaces

Great investment for networking!

I started using the product to keep all my tradeshow and partner meeting contacts in order. Since then, I have started using it for personal networking (I'm in job transition now), and the combination of it syncing with Outlook and AtYourService online is outstanding! I always know it's backed up and safe. One negative, with more and more cards that have increasingly artistic logos, fonts, etc., it does have problems with this type of data. So this basically means I can't just scan them in and know they are going to be flawless. I have to spotcheck every one scanned. Not optimal, but since fancier fonts and logos are being used, not sure what can be done about that. Just tweak as needed. This really is a must-have for anyone serious about keeping in touch with people in their network, or just serious about keeping all their contacts organized and backed up! Well worth the investment . . . and if you can get your company to pay for it so you can more easily share contacts across your organization, all the better!

Although multicolored cards or black backgrounds with white ink are going to need some touch-up, most cards scan cleanly the first time. Batch processing and personalized categories are great for associating people and opportunities, i.e., post trade show organization. And it is fast!
