Fun and Easy to use!

I work in a small office (10-15 employees) and everyone brings me their business cards that they have collected. I scan them in and sync them to our Outlook. It's great and saves me so much time!
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use

Great to share business cards!

This is a very straight-forward machine that even the most technically challenged person can use! I am easily able to share business cards with my supervisor. The only drawback is that you are not able to manually link a portion of the image to the appropriate field in the database. You can rearrange info in the database, but you can't highlight it in the image. Something to work on for the next model.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution
Cons: No selecting image

Scan all my cards and recycle the originals. I'am gaining some space in my home office.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy to HIde, Good Resolution, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport

database needs more fields that are compatible to other sofware. mutliple moblie. voip addresses etc
