"Verified" should lock/unlock the record from changes CTRL+Insert does not work (like the CTRL+C shortcut)

I CONSTANTLY TELL MY CLIENTS THAT THIS IS THE BEST PIECE OF COMPUTER STUFF I HAVE. I AM A SALESMAN/OWNER AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUGHT THE BATTLE OF THE BULDGING SHIRT POCKET OF BUSINESS CARDS. I DID THE BUSINESS CARD SHUFFLE CONSTANTLY TO FIND CONTACT INFORMATION. WITH THE CARD SCAN I HAVE ELIMINATED THIS AND HAVE BEEN A HAPPY USER FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS.

I had huge stacks of cards which are now gone. The software allows me to eliminate duplicates especially when there are older cards with different data. When I go to a trade show and have lots of new cards i just scan them all and the software highlingts any that are duplicates or have similar data that neeeds resolving. Now if I want a painter I just start typing paint and all contacts with paint or painting pop up. Likewise with names of people or companies, just get close and it will cut out the thousand you did not need--LOVE IT!!!

I use this product in place of a rolodex and I am quite satified with being able to store alot of business cards without much hassel.

Easy to use Some cards do not scan well Scanning can be quite inaccurate at times
Pros: Scans Quickly

Too many cards, too little time before I bought this. Love it and toss the cards as soon as I have verified them.

I walked out from a client book of approximately 2000 individuals - managed by a mainstream client information program, into a company that did not even have a quotes registry. Cardscan quickly converted two shoeboxes of collected business cards into a live database - accessible by any employee to gain access to the right person, for the right lead, once. Now when new leads are created – it’s a 5 second process to scan, verify and get the job done.
Pros: Cards in sales out
Cons: Have to be in the office
