CardScan saves time and space

I primarily use CardScan to store information on prospective clients for future use.
Pros: Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Saves space, Saves time, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly
Cons: Inaccurate

More than for scanning cards!

The ability to grab contact information off the internet and drag it to CardScan then to ACT is easy and fast. I previously had another software provider that was more expensive just for that ability alone. The multi feature capability of CardScan makes it a great deal.

Organize those pesty business cards

This product organized all those pesty business cards that I had lying on my desk, in my desk and on the floor. The old method of paging through plastic sheets is ridiculous. This product is a no-brainer and one of the most efficient products I have purchased in a long time!!!

Can't work without it

If you have a card I want it. Back in the old days I used to have three Card Files. Transporting them was out of the question. I started using Cardscan when it first came out. When I used to get a busness card it was "I'll type it in later". Occasionally I even missplaced(lost) the card before I got to it. Since I am in Sales and don't have the luxury of a secretary, it is up to me to keep track of my customers. I still can't touch type so inputing information into the computer is a real pain. Cardscan is the greatest timesaver I have found. At the end of the day I scan in the cards and even if I am too tired to verify the accuracy, Cardscan will hold it in memory until I am ready to do so. When I pack to go out of town, Cardscan is always on the list. Because of my success my company now recommends it to all its sales people. The interface is fast and easy. And best of all my customers update thier own information via Cardscan's automatic mailings. This is product I could not do without!Now all my customers names and info are at my fingertips in my PDA.

An excellent product

I use Cardscan to keep track of purchasers and contacts for our book publishing company and personally as an author. It is an excellent product.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use
Cons: Can be a problem for USB

Great for keeping track of contacts. Easy to look up forgotten contacts and companies. Easy to migrate to outlook and Act. Very well thought out. Thank you for the great product.

CardScan Executive Highly Recommended

First, our company uses Lotus Notes on a Server. After calls to the CardScan Tech Line, one of our IT persons and I learned that CardScan will not work with this. Disappointing, but not the end of the world - I really like and use CardScan - I have over 700 contacts that I can access very easily. Second, I would like to be able to copy and paste an entire contact's info from CardScan to an email, letter to a collegue, etc. Right now I have to copy a field at a time (like email address, name, phone, title, etc.) from CardScan and drop one at a time into the email, etc.
Pros: Easy To Search, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Reads international cards, Small Footprint, Good Resolution, Can dragdrop in contacts, Scans Accurately
Cons: No copy contact paste, Won't work wLotus server
