Great for a salesperson wanting to shortcut the huge data input job and get to using the data. The notes area could be better with more "task management contact database" in mind, but it is a great product for it's ability.

Product can be AMAZING...

I am continually amazed at watching it work. The way it reads and KNOWS where to place random info is AMAZING! My problem is logging on. I KNOW MY PASSWORD, but it tells me it's incorrect. When I check password forgotten, I go to my e-mail get the update/temp.(The speed it arrives is almost intuitive) and when I go use it???? I GET INCORRECT PASSWORD!!!!! wHAT'S going on????

Cons: Logging on is HOPELESS, EXPORTING can be a challe

The best way to keep updated contactss

I keep constant updated info on over 1400 contacts for sales purposes. Card scan is easier to use than our company mandated "sales force" system (previously used ACT) Card scan doesn't take the place of this, but I can print it out quarterly and have records even when the computer is down or internet isn't available. Easy to use and handy to have.
