organizing contacts is now a breeze

I no longer leave my business cards in an untouched pile on my desk. I now have all ofthe contact info filed, organized adn esily sent it all to my Blackberry

daily i used this product as it is very good to oprate and save data in there floder it automaticaly takes backup after you complet your work easy to cary.

With this product, no more having to shuffle through a stack of business cards or finding room in your Rolodex. CardScan keeps all of your contacts in electronic format, so you can easily access it from your desktop or cell phone. I don't know how I lived without it before and I know I will never be without my CardScan.

In general ,it is the best product a rep could have.I can plan sales calls by post code groups.The ability to add in a catagory ie customer acc numbers makes co ordination with other reports so much easier,and most of all , it is helping me cut down the on the duplication of so much paper work on customer updates so many changes every day. I worked out most of the functions,but still am unsure about how to export and import ,I am not a Technicall user of computers and get confused at this point. A CD , not just text would be a God send for me, With respect to the seller, got some help but they could not ref me for tech Assistence when requestedIt was just another product sold .Iwould like to have a full understanding of this fantastic product Some of us older starter are better with hands on help .Iam so impressed with this product I get a buz being able to show it off,would love a bit extra help ,Refer your statement at the bottom of this page A trainning CD on how get the most out of Card Scan , thats the way to go.
