Great Networking and Management Tool

Makes it easy to add new people to my contacts in Outlook. I like the web-based back-up feature as well.

I sync CardScan with Lotus Notes then to my Blackberry. While difficult to set up, it was worth the effort. It would be nice if CardScan AtYourService could sync with other online mail/contact services. I sync Gmail contacts to my iPhone and it would be nice to have my business contacts there also.
Pros: Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use, Scans Accurately
Cons: Difficult To Sync

I can throw away the "paper" bussiness cards with the confindence that the information required can easly be accessed as and when required.

I thought the CardScan was an indulgence, but purchased it on a whim when a local retailer had it on sale. Turned out to be a great decision! Streamlined contact management in the office and the PA loves it, as cards are processed immediately not just in weekly batches. Only drawback is it is a little bulky so tend not to take on the road when I do larger sales meetings. Otherwise great!
