I have so many cards it is impossible to keep ontop of this in filing them alphabetically; so when it comes to finding someone specifically you remember meeting at an event from a specific company, you can easily to do this. Also great having it online, so when I'm away and I quickly bring up peoples details. Also great is the ability to put notes, so I can remember when and where I met them.

I got my Cardscan 1 year ago out of frustration with my internal CRM system which was slow, had a lousy user-interface and poor syncability with external programs. Cardscan has changed all that! It has a great user-interface and is able to port contacts to my phone, lotus notes etc easily - also cool features like being able to map out all your sales calls for the day on google maps. I haven't been able to stop recommending it to my colleagues in the rest of the national sales team. :)
