It is the way for me to move forward

I am in business development at Honeywell Building management and Cardscan has been the only way for my to keep track of my contacts and keep my customers updated of our products and service. Through my experience the service I got from this machine is priceless.
Pros: Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly, Easy To Use

well, very easy to use, just putting the card in and it scans by itself sometimes a little difficult when wanting to also scan the back the size of the scanner is a little bigger than expected when bying

A must for any Sales Executive

When you cover a customer base numbering in the thousands of firms, you can acquire a ridiculous amount of business cards in a short period of time. Having a tool that lets me access anyone of those cards, search on them, group them and do it all from my PC or PDA is worth 3 times the purchase price.

It's the only means for busy professional to manage large number of contacts documented by business cards and have rapid access to the information and personal notes on those cards. If would be useful to have an automatic entery of the date that a card is scanned into the system.

Perfect for tradeshows

I take it to my trade shows where I don't have to rent their $1500 bar code reader. I do wish That I could e mail groups of selected contacts. If you are able to do this I have not figured it out.
