A Perfect Solution!

We collect business cards at training expositions, for return calls to potential clients. Before we acquired the CardScan device, our receptionist spent days entering the names and addresses into our data management system. With CardScan, we can do the same work in just hours, and an image of the card is saved right with each entry. This is an amazing little device.
Pros: Exports to Excel, Worth More Than It Costs, Good Resolution, Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Surprising Features, Scans Accurately, Great Management Software, Synchs with PDAs
Cons: Can't think of any con

I scan the cards I collect every day and Verify. Send emails to the contacts right away thanking them for their introduction.
Pros: Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Scans Quickly
Cons: Back is not processed

CardScan has become my primary database.

I would not be as productive if I had to enter each card manually. CardScan allows for ease of input, sync with both Palm and phone PDA's, and is portable when traveling. It is one of the top three devices I use.
Pros: Scans Quickly

If this product had a built-in Task/Calender that was assigned events to each contact......would be the best Contact Manager in the world!!!

Saves me time in managing contacts. Seamlessly syncs with Outlook.
