Maybe more hassle than its worth

I am an Administrative Assistant for several sales directors currently and previous to this I was a Lead Development Assistant to the Director of sales for my company. After trade shows and large sales events my director would return with hundreds of cards to be entered into his contacts. I found the unit to be accurate for the most part, but having to check each and every card entry on a line by line basis becomes very time consuming and tedious and almost defeats the entire purpose of the unit providing convenience and improving productivity.
Pros: Easy To Use
Cons: Works Slowly

Excelllent investment

It's a excellent investment as a marketing tool ,as the OCR is really great it can take card in any orientation and still put it in coreect orientation after OCR done. But i hope if they could give the option of mac compatible in older ver like for 700 series ,it would make it still better
Pros: Scans Quickly, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport, Good Resolution, Brilliant software
Cons: Rarely hangs up

No muss, no fuss, the CardScan-o-matic, slices and dices data, saving me so much time in the information kitchen where I have quick access to the ingredients for easy, flexible and economic communications. Yum-yum.

No More Card Clutter

I have been able to quickly reach contacts to the point that I use CardScan as my primary contact management program. No matter where I am, all my contact information is available at the click of the mouse.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Accurately
Cons: Non-compatible with Mac

So Near yet So Far

Daily use for personal and business data. I would like to type a specific name, word or phrase and have the one or ones come up that contain any or all these factors. If I had one single person names John and there were no references to John in my notes or anywhere in the Cardscan database, I would like that particular record to pop up when I type in "John".
Pros: Consistently Reliable, Scans Accurately, Scans Quickly
Cons: Could be easier to use

Easy Use & both a Time & Life Saver

CardScan is GREAT for getting rid of clutter and being able to sort and organize contacts and associates. What a timesaver not to have to open a new contact and manually enter all of the information. CardScan even saves a picture of hand written information on a business card. Thanks to CardScan I am the "Go To" person for contact information.
