Make sure you have a fast computer with lots of memory, otherwise it may be very slow at times.

This product saves me so much time in entering contact names and information. With the notes feature, I can customize my accounts and have access to their information in an instant. I also like the Web Backup feature for when my systems goes down, I know I will always have my contacts.

Good Things Come in Small Packages

Converting my business cards into electronic format now makes them easily accessible. Before card scan, I used three ring binders with alphabetical tabs. The sortability, convenience and effectiveness of an eCard sytem is fantastic.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Good Resolution, Excellent Service, Scans Accurately, Easy To Use, Easy To Transport
Cons: Not cheap

I have been using Card Scan Executive since 1999 and it is one of the best programs I own. You just scan your business cards to your desktop or notebook contacts list, then upload to your mobile phone, Treo, blackberry or iphone. It's that easy! No more stack of business cards all over your office. All your contacts and their complete information, (including personal notes and updates for each contact) are at your fingertips, no matter where you are!

I have had to go through two different laptops since I bought this product and each time there have been issues. i have lost contact information and have trouble getting the updates into my information.
Pros: Scans Quickly
Cons: Difficult To Use
