Data base accuracy enhanced by CardScan

Business card variations make scanned information accuracy difficult and requires each card to be reviewed in detail which slows down data entry.
Pros: Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly
Cons: Inaccurate

Great way to keep all those pesky cards right where you can find them! The information you need is just a click away. Never search for that card again...you always know where it is now.

After a show I can wrap up nearly all my leads with a minimum of fuss. Although I still use the cards until I actualize the lead with an appointment I have already scanned them in to ACT!, and I am ready to email or write a follow up or thank you immediately. No more typing.

Not as good as I had hoped

Tech support is glacially slow and not very helpful. I sent in an issue complete with screenshots and...a week later...got an e-mail to try creating a new database (i.e. let's aviod the problem vs. fixing it) or resubmit my support request!
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Use
Cons: Unstable Software, Poor tech support
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My CardScan as been so easy and quick that I've managed to take years of business cards and scan them into an manageable system. Sure wish I would have purchased the system sooner.
