A contact network that lives!

Its pretty accurate most of the time, although some weird business cards are a challenge. However, CardScan provides a well mnanaged, living, breathing network of contacts that regularly updates any changes automatically, thus ensuring that one always know where ones contacts are and more importantly, how to get hold of them. No more dialling obsolete phone numbers or mailing long gone addresses.

You need to be able to enlarge the cards in color and be able to print them on at least 8.5 x 11 paper to take on the road or include in a report. I would like more then the sheet form where you put numerous cards. I would use this feature in meetings and on the road visiting specific individuals.

I've used CardScan for years to supplement my Contacts list. I recently changed jobs and found myself in an environment that did not use the Contacts tool I had been using. I imported all my CardScan contacts and now use it exclusively for my smartphone and work. The CardScan Executive is quick, accurate and extremely easy to use. With the ability to backup my contacts to the internet, I can access my information remotely. It's a great system!

No more dog-eared cards

I used to carry around a folder full of dog-eared cards now with card-scan the data in my smart-phone is easily added to and edited, neat and tidy, and always available.
