I was drowning in business cards!!!!

In my business I meet several people and I receive their business cards for future contacts, that gives me several hundred contacts a month and the CardScan Executive has helped me from Drowning in Business Cards. I scan my cards, make notes and I am set for when I need to find that card again.
Pros: Scans Quickly, Easy To Transport, Easy To Use, Good Resolution, Scans Accurately

Nice but much room for improvement

The point is: why do I always need the CardScan database in between? For Outlook users, this would be the preferred workflow: - insert card - scan it automatically - detect wording - open dialog to manually correct entries - after dialog close, directly feed input to Outlook - done. No hazzle with keeping a second database, no need for syncing

Excellent Contact Management System

We have access for three entire departments to the vendor information in our cardscan system!! This cuts researching time finding contact info and/or the burden of needed someone else to provide the info to you.
Pros: Easy To Use, Scans Accurately, Good Resolution, Easy To Transport, Scans Quickly

This is an easy software to learn to use. For me, doing international as well as domestic jobs + personal data, the ability to create as many categories as needed to classify people is essential. This is the main reason I use the product. At this point, I have created more than 40 categories. Nothing matches this.
