This product makes entering contacts into Outlook so much easier. As support staff, this is an excellent investment in regards to time manangement!

Wonderful equipment. The information is stored in the computer and as well as Cardscan's database. No need to carry the computer to see the contacts. With this I can upload on Microsoft outlook, Blackberry and PDA equipments. I am very happy with the product.

Looks small but does a big job

I have used this product to scan over 500 busines cards into my database that had been sitting in boxes. It has saved me time and money way beyond the initial investment. The alternative to using cardscan was to pay for a temp to enter the card information and then check it. Past experience has shown me that this is costly and there are always errors in the data. It has enabled mt to produce an accurate database of contacts and prospects so that I can contact them by phone, email and post. This is giving me a marketing tool that puts me way ahead of my competitors. I have shown this to clients and colleagues and they are all impressed and I know that two have said they will get one.

A vital tool for a virtual assistant

I am a virtual assistant, and all of my business comes via referral. That means that I do a LOT of networking and accumulate a lot of cards. I researched the various card scanners out there, and CardScan won, hands down. CardScan lets me enter the information quickly and spend my time following up instead of typing. I recommend CardScan to all of my clients, with the added option that if they need help, I can do it for them and either send them the file or upload it to the online system.

A Reliable Executive Assistant!

CardScan has become an integral part of my workspace. I have taken CardScan beyond business cards. I use it to store critical data, such as corporate incorporation and bank account numbers, etc. It will be excellent if the NOTES page can be expanded to store additional data fields to scan additional information, such as credit card numbers, Pins, etc.
